What does event production include?
Planning and logistics before the event, a crew filming every stage in the plan, edits made on site and released the same day, and post-production after the event: every session edited, hype reels and files ready to publish. The raw footage from every camera is yours too.
How many people do you bring?
We recommend six: four videographers, one on-site video editor and one creative director. We size the crew to your event: more people for more stages, fewer for a smaller event. Each videographer runs several cameras, so one crew covers a multi-stage conference.
Do you travel to our event?
Yes. We are based in Newport Beach, California, and fly the crew to your city. We book the flights, hotels and event badges ourselves, and the travel is part of the quote.
How soon do videos go out during the event?
The same day. Our editor works on site and cuts each day’s footage that day. Before the event we agree the daily plan with you: how many videos, which moments and who approves them.
When do we get the raw footage?
It is uploaded to Google Drive as we shoot. Every file, labeled by day and stage, is handed over within 48 hours after the event.
What if a memory card fails?
Every card is backed up on site the same day and uploaded as we shoot, and every file is kept in three copies until it is in your hands.
Can you film several stages at the same time?
Yes. At Win The Storm 2026 four breakout stages ran at the same time, and we filmed every session on all four: two cameras per room, with the room’s soundboard.
How do you get clean sound in a convention hall?
We record the soundboard in every room. In a convention hall the board is the only clean audio, so we agree the feeds with your AV team before day one.
Who owns the footage?
You do. The footage and every edit pass to you under our terms of service once the project is paid in full.
How much does event video production cost?
Every event is quoted on its own: the number of days, stages and rooms, the crew, travel and the deliverables. Book a call and we will send a fixed scope with one price.
How far ahead should we book?
As early as you can: the coverage plan, travel and badges take time. Win The Storm 2026 went from a signed scope to the first frame in 16 days.
